Information systems is the application of computing and communication technology to the challenges that face businesses in the emerging and strengthening global economy. The undergraduate program provides a broad and thorough survey of software engineering, systems analysis and design, database management, telecommunications and e-commerce. In addition to exposure to leading-edge technology, students are required to build a strong foundation in other aspects of business including accounting, quantitative methods, international business, economics, finance, management and marketing.
