If you are unsure which version of each software package you are running, go to the program's Help menu and open the choice "About." If your version number is older than those listed above, download and install a new version.
Extended Classrooms
Site staff are ready to help if there are problems with the video or audio during a live broadcast class. We also have technicians at main campus to support our sites during all broadcast operations. Contact our Technical Support at 1-800-462-0959 or atstechsupport@odu.edu.
2-way Support
To take 2-way courses, you will need to install personal video software on your computer. This software connects to ODU's video conferencing bridge. For best video results, a high-speed Internet connection with a minimum of 786 kbps upload and 1.5mbps download is suggested.

To view video stream courses, your computer must meet certain minimum requirements.
