Peninsula College
Old Dominion University and Peninsula College have partnered for over 10 years. We recently signed a Guaranteed Admission Agreement, articulating degree pathways for students who first complete an associate's degree with Peninsula College and then transfer to ODU for the upper division coursework towards a bachelor's degree.

We've also partnered with Everett Naval Station and Naval Base Kistsap to provide education opportunities to service members.

ODU's partnership with Naval Base Kitsap includes three military installations: Naval Base Bangor, Naval Base Bremerton and Naval Hospital Bremerton. In accord with a formal Memorandum of Understanding, ODU Distance Learning programs that are authorized in Washington state are available to sailors and marines on all three installations.
