MEM Ashore: Registration
Eligible graduates of NPS-O and EEOW at a prototype or BRES may register for MEM CD-ROM classes. It is recommended that students register for no more than two courses concurrently. Each course is a three credit hour offering and may be completed in any sequence.
PLEASE NOTE: Ashore students are fully responsible for payment of tuition coincident upon receipt of their registration(s). It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their account is paid and that all documents; e.g., tuition aid, GI benefits, etc. are received by the Finance Office in a timely manner. If tuition is not received when due, students may be liable for late fees/penalty fees. Students are encouraged to check their accounts frequently to ensure that all payments are properly posted to their accounts.If there is a problem, the student should contact the Finance Office or Military Distance Learning immediately.
Registration for those taking MEM courses under NCPACE is part of each afloat command's Education Plan. Qualified active duty Navy personnel assigned ashore or in commands not eligible for NCPACE benefits, and other specified eligible personnel may register online via the following link:
