Master of Engineering Management Degree

The Master of Engineering Management degree is designed for active duty Navy and designated government service personnel. Nineteen of the requisite thirty-one credit hours are delivered in CD-ROM format. The remaining twelve hours of graduate credit are awarded to graduates of the Navy Nuclear Power School (including Prototype) officer program, and to NAVSEA GS and active duty officers are graduates of the Bettis Program. The nationally ranked MEM program builds on the technical background of engineers while emphasizing the project management skills required in technology-based, project-driven enterprises.

Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program courses are available to eligible applicants serving at sea through the Navy College Program for Afloat College Education (NCPACE). These same courses are available to applicants serving ashore through the MEM Ashore program. Choose one of the links below to learn more.
