Tennessee, West Virginia Residents Within 50 Miles of Old Dominion University Sites Eligible for In-state Virginia Tuition

Recent legislation enacted by the Commonwealth of Virginia permits Tennessee and West Virginia residents living within a 50-mile radius of Old Dominion University to pay Virginia in-state rates. Old Dominion University offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs at sites near the borders of Tennessee and West Virginia.

"Old Dominion University is committed to providing students with access to high-quality instruction, advising, and student support services," said Dr. Edith Barnett, Associate Vice President for Distance Learning. "We are pleased to extend the benefit of in-state tuition rates to Tennessee and West Virginia residents near our sites."
