The management minor is designed to develop your understanding of management both as an art and a science, along with developing those administrative skills necessary for positions of leadership and responsibility.
This training can be applied to a wide variety of organizational environments.
Required courses in this minor are MGMT 325 Contemporary Organizations and Management, plus 12 credit hours (about four classes) of 300 / 400 level MGMT courses exclusive of MGMT 485.
This minor can only be completed as part of an undergraduate degree from ODU. You will need to be accepted into ODU as an undergraduate degree-seeking student.
All ODU undergraduate distance learning programs are degree completion / transfer programs.
