The minor in mechanical engineering technology is open to undergraduate students (except mechanical engineering and mechanical engineering technology majors) who have completed at least one three-credit course in calculus.
This minor is particularly helpful if you are preparing for the Fundamentals of Engineering examinations.
Subjects covered in this minor include Thermodynamics, Dynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermal Applications. Required courses: MET 300, MET 310, MET 330, and MET 350.
