The minor in training and development is offered by the Department of STEM Education and Professional Studies for students majoring in other disciplines.

Courses in this minor can supplement your career preparation by advancing your presentation, teaching, and evaluation skills.

This minor can only be completed as part of an undergraduate degree from ODU. You will need to be accepted into ODU as an undergraduate degree-seeking student.
